Raising a concern

For a goods issue, contact the seller through the order details first. If the seller does not resolve it, write to the Grievance Officer at the email above. Supply the order/store reference, registered contact, a description and desired resolution, and relevant evidence you already have. We may ask for proportionate verification. Do not send OTPs, passwords, full card credentials or unrelated identity documents.

Sellers raise subscription, billing and account questions through Help & contact in the seller dashboard (WhatsApp or a call back), and shipping problems as a support ticket on the parcel. A seller complaint that is not resolved there can be sent to the Grievance Officer with the relevant invoice or booking reference. Use “Privacy request” for personal-data requests and “Security incident” for suspected compromise. These labels help routing but are not required for a valid complaint.

Response and resolution

Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within forty-eight hours and redressed within one month from receipt, subject to any shorter applicable deadline. We will supply a complaint reference and copy or summary of the recorded complaint, identify needed information and provide the outcome with reasons and next steps. An automated acknowledgement is not resolution. Where an investigation continues, we will explain the status without treating that explanation as an extension of a mandatory deadline.

We use the same service target for ordinary seller and privacy complaints unless a shorter agreed or statutory deadline applies. A refund due sooner must follow its own deadline. Complaints involving unlawful content, security or privacy will be routed promptly and handled within any specially applicable legal timeframe.

Escalation

If dissatisfied, reply with the complaint reference and request Grievance Officer review. Where the officer handled the initial decision, ask for a documented reconsideration addressing the disputed facts. We will not require you to withdraw a lawful complaint, waive rights or publish a favourable review to receive support or a refund.

You may use the National Consumer Helpline or approach the competent consumer commission, court, regulator or data-protection authority as legally available. Internal escalation is not a prerequisite where law allows direct action, and it does not extend limitation periods. Nothing in this policy removes a consumer's lawful choice of forum.
