1 About ReelMart

ReelMart, GSTIN 37CSUPP3613C1ZJ, operates from Door No 3-96, Murthimma Nilayam, Ramalayam Street, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh 522102, India. Buyers contact the seller of their order; sellers use Help & contact in the seller dashboard; complaints go to our Grievance Officer (see the Grievance Policy). These terms cover ReelMart websites, apps and participating storefronts, including ReelMart subdomains and seller custom domains using the Platform.

Independent sellers offer and sell the goods. The seller shown on the listing, checkout and invoice is responsible for those goods. ReelMart provides Platform services and, where booked through it, shipping arrangements and related support. ReelMart remains responsible for its own services and applicable legal duties. Sellers also accept the Seller Platform Agreement.

2 Accounts and permitted use

You must be at least eighteen and legally capable of contracting to create an account or place an order. Use accurate details, protect your login credentials and one-time codes, and report unauthorised use. Login methods depend on what is enabled and may include verified phone or email. Do not share an OTP with a seller, courier or support agent.

A ReelMart account may let you access several stores. Separate domains may require separate sign-in. An individual seller receives the information needed for that seller's orders and support, not unrestricted access to your other purchases. The Privacy Policy explains information use.

Do not use the Platform for fraud, impersonation, unlawful content or goods, harassment, unauthorised access, interference, bulk extraction of personal information or infringement. We may proportionately restrict affected activity, explain the reason where lawful and provide a review route. Restrictions do not erase paid-order remedies.

3 Orders prices and payments

Review the seller's identity, product specifications, quantity, full payable price, shipping estimate and return terms before submitting an order. Goods prices include applicable goods taxes unless a lawful and clear presentation states otherwise; the final total and all mandatory charges must be visible before payment. Any separate delivery charge, seller flat fee or free-delivery threshold must be disclosed. No additional charge may be added after payment without your agreement, except as law permits.

An order becomes a confirmed sale when the Platform communicates confirmation on the seller's behalf. A payment acknowledgement alone may be followed by verification or confirmation. If payment is collected but the order cannot be accepted, the payment must be refunded. A material listing error cannot be used to substitute goods or increase your price without your agreement; you may decline and receive the applicable refund.

Online payments use the payment provider identified at checkout. Depending on the seller's enabled arrangement, the provider processes for the seller or under a disclosed platform collection arrangement. Cash on delivery is available only where displayed. Provider processing does not transfer responsibility for product remedies away from the seller or excuse ReelMart's own obligations. Do not pay undisclosed charges or off-platform accounts presented as compulsory additions to a paid order.

4 Delivery returns and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy apply along with the lawful seller policy displayed before purchase. Estimates may be affected by availability, serviceability and events outside reasonable control. You can raise missing, damaged, wrong or delayed orders with the seller and escalate to ReelMart.

Product exclusions for change of mind do not remove remedies for defective, deficient, spurious, misdescribed or otherwise unlawfully supplied goods. A photograph or unboxing video can help investigation but is not an absolute condition of a valid claim. Statutory rights are not lost merely because a short reporting request was missed.

5 Content and third parties

Seller content belongs to the relevant rights holder; Platform software and branding belong to ReelMart or its licensors. You retain rights in reviews and other content you submit and permit us to display, moderate and reproduce it as needed for the feature you used. Do not post private information, false reviews or content you lack rights to share. We may remove unlawful or abusive material and investigate reports through the grievance channel.

Links and integrations may have their own terms. We do not guarantee third-party websites, but remain responsible for our own representations and services. Sponsored content, if offered, must be identified. Promotional credit or rewards have value only as described in the particular enabled offer; a displayed balance is not a promise of cash redemption.

6 Responsibility and disputes

We will exercise reasonable care in providing the Platform. We do not guarantee every seller statement or continuous availability. Each party remains responsible for its own acts and applicable legal duties. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, product remedies, fraud liability or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not impose the business seller agreement's liability cap or indemnity on Buyers.

Indian law applies. Commercial matters may be heard by competent courts at Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, but consumers retain access to the consumer commissions and other forums available under law, including where applicable in their own jurisdiction. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory complaints is imposed.

7 Changes and contact

We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes through the Platform or registered contact details. Changes apply prospectively; already placed orders keep the terms accepted for them, except where law requires otherwise or you agree to an improvement. Obtain affirmative agreement where required. Privacy consent is handled separately.

For complaints contact Pendam Suryamani, Grievance Officer, at support@reelmart.in or the address above. Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within forty-eight hours and redressed within one month, subject to any shorter applicable deadline. See the Grievance Policy for escalation, and the Privacy Policy for data requests.
