This schedule explains ReelMart subscription pricing. Review the current offer, features, taxes, billing dates and eligible introductory cycles in Billing or your Order Form before accepting. Existing subscriptions retain their accepted price until a change takes effect under the notice rules below.
1 Monthly plans
| Plan | Introductory monthly fee | Regular monthly fee | Main domain entitlement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | ₹29 for the first three eligible paid monthly cycles | ₹1,999 | ReelMart-hosted subdomain |
| Pro | ₹399 for the first three eligible paid monthly cycles | ₹2,499 | Eligible custom-domain connection |
| Founding | Complimentary within the express grant | As stated in the grant | As stated in the grant |
GST is additional at the applicable rate and must be shown before authorisation. If 18% applies, the illustrative totals are Standard ₹34.22 introductory / ₹2,358.82 regular and Pro ₹470.82 introductory / ₹2,948.82 regular. An invoice must use the actual legally applicable rate and place-of-supply treatment.
These subscription fees do not include shipping, gateway fees, optional paid messaging, domain registration/renewal or other add-ons unless the Order Form expressly includes them. There is no ReelMart commission on goods sales under this schedule. A fee may not be relabelled to circumvent a protected zero-commission promise.
2 Trial and introductory eligibility
An eligible seller receives one seven-day Standard trial. The trial is not seven days per plan and is not reset by cancellation, reactivation, domain changes or plan switching. The activation screen must show the start and end dates. A free trial without a payment mandate does not authorise a later automatic debit.
Three introductory paid monthly cycles are shared across eligible plan changes. After two Standard introductory cycles, a switch to Pro leaves one Pro introductory cycle; it does not create three new cycles. The accepted switch quote must explain the date, next amount and any credit or prorating. No mid-cycle double charge is permitted without a clearly accepted charge and corresponding entitlement. Cancellation/reactivation does not restart the trial or restore used introductory cycles. Treatment of any unused cycles on reactivation must be disclosed before payment and consistent with the original offer.
The step from an agreed introductory fee to the agreed regular fee is part of the original offer when prominently disclosed and accepted. A later increase beyond that regular fee is a price change subject to section 5.
3 Renewal and cancellation
Subscription periods and renewal dates appear in Billing and the Order Form. Recurring collection requires an appropriate mandate. Pre-debit notices and additional authentication follow applicable payment requirements. A failed payment may lead to access expiry; notification and support must explain the amount due and effect on the store.
Cancel renewal through Billing, or Help & contact in the seller dashboard, before the next renewal. A support request received before renewal must be actioned even if the billing screen fails. Access normally continues through the paid period, after which the storefront may go offline and custom-domain service may stop. Open orders and refunds survive cancellation. There is no routine pro-rata refund merely because Seller stops using an available service; billing errors, statutory rights, service withdrawal and other refunds in the agreement remain covered.
4 Other charges
Shipping prices are quoted per booking/parcel. They may include ReelMart's service margin and applicable tax; they need not equal the carrier's underlying tariff. Disclose the payable amount, tax treatment, service and material adjustment/cancellation terms before booking. No undisclosed compulsory add-on may be charged.
Payment gateway charges follow the seller/provider agreement or a separately accepted arrangement. Domain fees, usage limits, messaging credits, additional users, assisted services and any other paid add-on require a stated price and explicit order. A complimentary subscription does not automatically waive third-party or shipping charges, but an original grant that expressly includes them must be honoured.
5 Future price increases and plan changes
ReelMart may increase subscription prices, introduce new tiers, change future plan inclusions or discontinue a plan subject to the agreement's thirty-day notice, protected-period and exit provisions. Existing subscribers move to revised prices only at the first renewal after the notice period ends. A seller with a longer fixed paid term keeps that term's agreed price until expiry. A price shown to new customers does not automatically amend an existing contract.
Notice must identify the new price, tax, renewal date, feature/limit changes and cancellation method. Required mandate updates or fresh authorisations must be obtained before collection. If authorisation is not obtained, do not debit beyond the valid mandate; inform Seller of payment options and access consequences.
Founding, lifetime, zero-commission and expressly fixed-price commitments are governed by their original scope. They cannot be withdrawn merely by renaming a plan or posting an amendment. Any consensual migration should identify what is surrendered and what replaces it and preserve a copy of Seller's express acceptance.
Future shipping quotations may vary without thirty days' notice because they are new bookings. Repricing an accepted shipment is allowed only on its disclosed adjustment grounds, with evidence and a dispute route. New statutory taxes apply when required by law with an explanation and proper invoice.
