1 Lawful and accurate selling

Seller must have authority to sell the goods and keep required registrations, permissions, purchase records and licences current. Required listing information includes seller identity and contact, product characteristics, total price, mandatory origin/manufacturer/importer information, relevant expiry/use-by information, warranty, dispatch estimate and return terms. Observe applicable packaging, labelling, measurement, safety and product standards.

Tax classifications and invoice fields must be checked by Seller. AI-generated text/images or templates do not establish composition, certification, medical benefit, country of origin, authenticity or tax treatment. Do not invent these claims. Keep stock and dispatch promises accurate; remove recalled or unsafe products promptly and cooperate with notices and remedies.

2 Prohibited products and activity

Do not list illegal goods, stolen goods, counterfeit products, infringing content, illicit drugs, unlawful weapons/explosives, unlawful personal-data lists, forged documents, scams or products prohibited by an applicable regulator. Do not facilitate trafficking, sexual exploitation, hate-based threats or other criminal activity.

ReelMart approval and relevant licences are required before listing regulated or restricted categories such as food, cosmetics, health products, medicines/medical devices, alcohol/tobacco, pesticides, hazardous chemicals, precious goods or other licence-controlled products. Approval is not guaranteed and is not a substitute for statutory permission. A platform category's existence does not mean every product in it is permitted. Carrier/payment-provider restrictions may prohibit a transaction even where the goods are otherwise lawful.

Do not ship dangerous, fragile, perishable or temperature-controlled products using an unsuitable service, misdeclare value or contents, or hide regulated goods under a generic description. Seller must provide compliance records when reasonably requested.

3 Fair customer practices

No fake reviews, self-purchases to manipulate rankings, fabricated scarcity, misleading strike-through prices, hidden fees, forced add-ons or obstructive subscription/return controls are permitted. Do not disguise sponsored promotion as independent recommendation. Keep records supporting discounts and comparative claims and comply with applicable price-display requirements.

Do not demand that a Buyer waive legal rights, withdraw a truthful complaint or post a positive review as a condition of a refund. Do not use unsolicited or abusive contact. Customer data obtained from an order may not be sold or used for unrelated advertising without required permission. Honour opt-outs and applicable communication rules. Transactional-message access is not permission to send marketing.

4 Platform and content security

Do not share login credentials, bypass access/plan limits, inject malicious code, scrape personal information, attack the Platform, impersonate support or interfere with another seller. Report vulnerabilities privately through support and avoid accessing or retaining another user's data. Authorised integrations must use approved access methods and minimum permissions.

Seller warrants that uploaded logos, text, images and media are owned or licensed for the intended use. On a rights complaint, provide reasonable proof or remove the affected material while the issue is investigated. ReelMart may restrict disputed content where reasonably necessary without deciding final legal ownership.

5 Enforcement and review

ReelMart may request evidence, remove a listing, limit an affected feature or suspend/terminate an account proportionately under the agreement. Serious illegality, fraud, safety/security risk or a legal direction may require immediate action. Otherwise provide the issue, reasonable correction opportunity and appeal route. Founding or complimentary plans are subject to the same lawful conduct requirements.

Use Help & contact in the seller dashboard to request review, identifying the store, restriction and supporting facts. Review should consider relevant evidence and explain the outcome where lawful. Enforcement does not erase open-order fulfilment, lawful refunds, data safeguards or amounts owed to either party.
