Shipping & Delivery Policy

ReelMart is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers across India. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by the seller using ReelMart's integrated courier partners. This policy explains how delivery works, timelines, charges, and tracking.

1. Courier partners

Shipments are handled through ReelMart's logistics integration (NimbusPost) and its network of reputed courier partners. The courier assigned to your order depends on the seller's pickup location and your delivery pincode for the fastest available service.

We deliver across India to serviceable pincodes (6-digit Indian pincodes). Serviceability and the available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. A small number of remote pincodes may be non-serviceable or subject to longer timelines.

Delivery charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on the order and your delivery location, and are shown clearly before you place the order. Sellers may offer free delivery above a threshold order value. Any applicable charges form part of your order total.

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather, regional disruptions, courier backlogs, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or unavailability of the recipient. We and the seller will make reasonable efforts to keep you updated.

8. Failed delivery & returns to seller

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. If delivery fails after reasonable attempts (e.g. wrong address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept), the shipment may be returned to the seller. For prepaid orders, refunds in such cases are handled per our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Damaged or incorrect items on delivery

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please raise it promptly through the app or by contacting us, ideally with photos, so we can help resolve it with the seller. See the Refund & Returns Policy for eligibility and process.
